When i had prepared all my documents ready for submitting to the consumer court, One day a female named Gauri calls me and tells me that she is calling to refund my money. Then she ask me 30, 000 when i contact them for refund. After convincing me that this is compulsory for a refund, they make me pay the amount saying i will get my refund within 3 days. But after one month no refund. Then another staff Mr Rajiv mehta calls me and tell me to pay another 20, 000 to get my total money refund. Without any other choice i pay them another 20, 000 and then they are like you will get the refund in two days, next week, next monday, etc... Forget three days, Its now more than three months i am suffering for my mistake to once do shopping with them. Gosh!!! This can not get worst. I hope i get my money soon... Kolkata: A 50-year-old man was arrested on Monday at Kolkata’s Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport for allegedly molesting a female co-passenger on board a plane. According to the police the accused identified as Sanjay Kanad and the 30-year-old victim both are residents of Delhi and had boarded the early morning flight to Kolkata on Monday. Kanad was sitting next to the victim. As soon as the flight went mid-air the victim complained the Indigo Airline staff that she was molested by her co-passenger. The complaint was made to the captain of plane who made a different seating arrangement for both. After the plane landed and a formal complaint was registered at the NSCBI airport police station at Kolkata International Airport. Kanad was booked under the relevant sections of molestation and will be produced before a court later in the day. The Bhubaneswar Police has arrested a businessman for allegedly molesting a girl in an Indigo flight.  According to an airport official, an old man sitting behind her allegedly kept poking her from the gap in between the seats.  The victim humiliated him in front of other passengers and recorded it on her phone. The matter came to light when the victim uploaded a video along with a message on her Facebook wall. According to sources, the victim has briefed the whole incident on her Facebook wall.  The victim reportedly posted on Facebook: “This man on the seat behind mine, put his fingers in the seat gap to touch me!!! A 32-year-old woman from Jharkhand confronted a 60-year-old businessman, who allegedly groped her repeatedly on an Indigo flight from Mumbai to Bhubaneswar, and then videotaped him. She lodged a police complaint and posted the two videos on the social media. The police arrested the man after the plane landed at Bhubaneswar airport; however, they let him go after serving a notice to him. The police said he'll have to appear before the court once the date for hearing is finalised. "Yes we can allow the accused to go home in cases which have punishment (of) less than seven years," NDTV quoted a police officer as saying.
